Dinner, Concert, Sauna! - Traditional Estonian cold buffet (külm laud) potato salad, rosolje, sült, herring, filled ham rolls, deviled eggs, fruit salad, fresh garden salad. -Oven baked chicken with boiled potatoes and cheese gravy -Tea/Coffee - Kringel/Cake Selection of White &Red wines. After the dinner there will be several performances - Estonian folk band "Poisid" consisting of our Republic's best awarded musicians and more. Sauna will be warm!
